T5 energy saving lamp is the updated product of T8&T9. With the particular light convertation technology,embeded ballast ,T5 3 wave length fluorescent lamp,electronic commutation method,proper lightening voltage , the lamp provides better quality,longer life-time,considered as green lighting product.

Extra high lighting efficiency

T5 fluorescent lamp's powder is made of three wavelength fluorescent powder. The lamp's lighting efficiency is higher than the efficiency of normal lamp which is made of halogen powder . Although it consumes low power, the Luminous flux is more. So it saves energy greatly.

Low power consumption

T5 fluorescent lamp radiates light stably and the attenuation of light is very low. The radiation ratio remains at 90% after 15000 hours' using.

Better color rendering

T5 fluorescent lamp is made of three wavelength fluorescent powder. It's color rendering index(CRI) is high up to 80. Normal fluorescent lamp is made of halogen powder, so its CRI is only about 65. High CRI makes the object seen clearly with vivid color under T5 fluorescent lamp's light.

No flash (immediately lighten)

T5 fluorescent lamp works with electronic ballast. There is no flash instance with the lamp because of the high frequency lightening(30~50KHz) of the electronic ballast. The T8&T9 lamps radiate light flickeringly becuase of adopting traditional ballast(60Hz). The flickering of lamp will not only disturb somebody's emotion and distract somebody, but also decrease the ability of eyes. So T5 fluorescent lamp provides you a quient,comfortable and healthy environment.

Start-up at low temprature and low voltage

Due to the electronic ballast, T5 lamp could be lightened at low temperature and voltage. Its working temprature is 35 ℃,10 ℃ higher than normal lamp,compatible with the weather of Taiwan. Its start-up temprature is between -15℃ and 50℃ and the lamp can be lightened even though lightening voltage value is 20% lower than rated. The lamp starts-up rapidly due to the electronic ballast, without starter. When you use normal fluorescent lamp, the starter usually can't start-up because of atrocious weather,lower voltage or aging of starter, so your time is wasted and your life and working is interfered. You can avoid this problem by using T5 fluorescent lamp which can be lightened immediately.
